1. Acceptance of Conditions of Use

1.1. By using dinnervibe, you acknowledge having read and understood these Conditions of Use and, accordingly, you agree to abide by them, as well as any future modifications that may be made. These Conditions of Use represent an agreement between you and dinnervibe.

2.1. Dinnervibe operates from its office in Vancouver, BC, Canada. It does not make any representation to the effect that all items on this site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. People who access dinnervibe do so at their own initiative and are responsible for complying with all applicable laws.

3.1. All of the items contained on dinnervibe are offered for your personal use and non-commercial purposes. It is prohibited to use the items contained on dinnervibe without prior written consent of dinnervibe.

If you are dissatisfied with the site and the content thereon, or the conditions of use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the site.

8. Cancellation

8.1. You can cancel your account at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email sent to you by us.

8.2. Dinnervibe can, at its sole discretion, cancel or suspend your account in whole or in part for any reason, including without limitation, the non-compliance with these Conditions of Use.
